    ZERO POINT ZERO STARS! They don't even attempt to deliver the packages. At 9am they already say the package is undeliverable. No tag at the house because they didn't even go. The mail delivery doesn't even come to the neighborhood until 3pm! Bunch of lazy morons. Way to represent the federal government!

    The customer service via phone call was so freaking terrible that I almost went up there !! Wow! They need a whole new team. I'm not understanding why my package ended up in Bedford when I'm in Parma. Not only that, but they shipped my package to a different address from mines and got mad when I called to check up on it. They ought to be ashamed going into work.
